Equipment for 3D Printing

We aren't just turning on any 3D printer — we're starting up an idea engine!
Before your idea is complete, we will share a draft of the virtual 3D image with you, so the design can be revised if needed even at its earliest stage.

Once printed, you can see it, hold it, test it, use it. Once you are holding it, if you feel it needs a tweak, it can usually be simply done.

FDM printing materials include: ABS, PLA, PLA food safe, HIPS, PVA, wood filled filaments, polyester, PETT, bronze and copper filled filaments, polycarbonate, Nylon, PETG, conductive PLA and ABS, UV luminescent filaments, PCTPE, PC-ABS, Alloy 910.

SLA printing resins include: standard, engineered (rigid, durable, tough, flexible, high temp) and jewelry.

Our in-house printers include the following:

FormLabs: Form 3

FormLabs Form 3

The next generation of industrial 3D printing technology. We have two of the Form 3 printers, these are used to produce functional, high-quality prototyping and production end-use parts in record time. This is an industrial-quality 3D printer that consistently delivers with industry-leading accuracy and reliability, and a wide range of materials. The Form 3+ is powered by Low Force Stereolithography which consistently delivers presentation ready parts with unbelievable surface finish.

 LulzBot: TAZ 5

Lulzbot Taz 5

Looking at it, there’s nothing particularly fancy about the TAZ 5’s design. It’s an open printer, which allows greater freedom in terms of the things you create, and with such a large build area, the only real limit is imagination. This printer uses 3mm filament as standard.

There’s a single extruder included, an intriguing point: the hot end is entirely metal, meaning we can print with carbon fiber or wood-infused filaments right out of the box. This is fairly rare, even among high-end printers, so it’s a neat feature to see.

LulzBot: TAZ 6

We have 2 of the LulzBot TAZ 6 which is the most reliable desktop 3D printer ever, featuring innovative self-leveling and self-cleaning, and a modular tool head design for flexible and multi-material upgrades. With proven 3D printing technology and one of the largest print volumes in its class, the LulzBot TAZ 6 does the work. 3D printing is more reliable than ever with the integrated automatic bed leveling system, all metal LulzBot  HotEnd, and heated PEI print surface. With the all metal hot end it takes advantage of the cutting edge market for new materials. Perfect for both large and small objects the heated PEI build surface keeps the 3D printed objects in place when hot and releases when cool

ULTIMAKER 3

Ultimaker 3

The UltiMaker 3 is a dual extrusion 3D printer that delivers high-quality, composite-ready performance – in a smaller footprint. Packed with the latest technology, the UltiMaker 3 is easy to use and it is powerful, offering the most cost-effective way to adopt in-house 3D printing.
A more reliable 3D printing experience
Active bed leveling ensures great adhesion for every print, while sensors constantly monitor material flow while printing. Combined with rigorously tested print profiles in UltiMaker Cura software, and we don’t just have a 3D printer – it’s a complete production system to depend on.
